Time Management?
Are there any books or suggestions for time management. I prob shouldnt be on the internet! That could be one issue! But, I have a 20 month old child and work and I also want to include going to the gym. I feel like there arent enough hours in the day? Maybe there are but Im doing things slow and relaxing rather than doing what I need to do. Any suggestions? Stories? Thanks!

Do you have a daily planner, if not get one.
each evening before going to bed….determine what has to be done the next day….list the important things first..put them in your planner. The next day….do what is first on the list…and mark your tasks out as you accomplish them.
Protect your time from ….cell phones, chat rooms (hee hee),
TV, etc.
Don’t be to hard on yourself…You work, run a home and have a 20 mo. old baby……there is alot on your plate….do only what is the most important….trying to do to much will add stress and complications…..
Good luck.
Hi. I used to go to the gym. But the problem was it was about 15 minutes away and it was totally unreasonable with the amount of time I had to get home from work, walk the dog, go to the gym, and eat!
And half the time I went to the gym and I couldn’t work out because the equipment was all being used at that time of day!
So now I discovered exercise DVDS …I found them on my comcast cable ONDEMAND -exercise and fitness section.
I found Carmen Electra dance/strip aerobics and many other fitness instructors with classes! I didn’t even need to leave my house and there was a pause button for whenever my dog wants to go outside or something!
It is convenient and so easy and its really fun too!
Any exercise you can get at home is really a plus like lifting your child and taking them to the park and stuff. Children like long walks and hikes and that sort of thing.
