need time management when working from home?

I am trying to work from home - a two bedroom apartment with a sun room (husband, but no kids) Have no option to rent or even share an art studio with another artist. My sun room has been converted to a studio, but I am having a very hard time with discipline and time management. I have tried getting dressed in the morning and tried to not turn the TV on , etc. but I fail repeatedly. HELP
