To start learning to manage your time you can take advantage of the available tools you can find on the Web.  Contrary to what you may think, not all tools are paid or expensive, in fact, it is very easy to find free time management tools that will help you stay organized and focused throughout the day in the form of freeware or shareware. Let’s take a look at some of them.

RoboForm. This is one of my preferred time saving tools for everything online.  What it does is manage all your login and passwords so you have them always at hand.  It also fill your web forms quickly so you won’t waste time typing the same information over and over again. they offer a trial version.

Ta-Da Lists. Want a great to do list program? Well search no more, Ta-Da Lists let you create them and manage them on their online interface. It is very simple to use, you just add a goal or task and it will create a check next to them so you just do and check out tasks.  To do lists are very important to keep us focused throughout the day and also to see our day’s accomplishments.

Google Calendar. Now you can easily make plans and logs thanks to the help of Google applications. Like all Google products it is simple to use and that makes it very effective. You can manage multiple calendars for the many aspects of your life and you can have reminders.

HighRise. This online application is from the same company of Ta-Da lists I think. What does it do? It takes care of an important part of your business life: your contacts. Thanks to HighRise you can keep all your contact info organized and safe online.  You have also the option to share contacts and even track communications.

These four free tools are my favorites when it comes to time management.  If you know of others feel free to leave a comment! Maybe you know one better than mine.
